Register Your Trunk

Sign up and pay in one step, right here. Organizations and families are both welcome, and all proceeds go to Children’s Assistive Technology Service.

Host a Trunk: $25
Bring a car, pop the trunk, and decorate it however you like. Every trunk is one more stop on the route for a child who does not always get to trick-or-treat the usual way. Your $25 goes straight to the refurbished mobility and communication devices C.A.T.S. provides to children free of charge.

Sponsor a Trunk: $100
Everything a trunk host gets, plus your business or organization logo on the event banner. We will contact you after you register to collect your logo.

Guidelines for Participation

• Please have your trunk on site by 9:30 AM if you can, so there is time to set up and park. We will direct you to an available or reserved spot.
• Bring whatever candy or goodies you want to hand out, and please include a few non-candy options. We want every child to be able to take part, whatever their needs or dietary restrictions.
• Costumes and decorations are wonderful. Please keep a toddler-friendly audience in mind: no depictions of gore or violence.

Hallowheels is the annual fundraiser of Children’s Assistive Technology Service, a 501(c)(3) public charity. 2026 marks our 10th year.
